Investment Information
Typically, the cost to open a Leo&Lucky’s ranges from $671,200 – $1,058,700 (please refer to item 7 in our FDD for more detailed information). This all-in estimate includes inventory, construction, signage, promotion, and other pre-opening expenses. Costs will differ based on building condition, location, size, rent, and other variables.
What to Expect
- The initial Franchise Fee is $35k, the monthly royalty is 4%.
- Potential franchisees need a net worth of $750k, and liquidity of $350k

We Support You
We provide in-depth initial and ongoing training and coaching from the moment you sign a franchise agreement with us.
We also assist with:
- Site selection and buildout – We introduce you to our real estate, design, architectural, construction, and equipment teams as well as make ourselves available throughout the process.
- Initial Training – You and your designated manager(s) will receive class-room and live training at our corporate facility, as well as additional training and on-going support at your store.
- Marketing – Leo&Lucky’s employs a dedicated marketing director to ensure our franchisees receive ongoing guidance and assistance with marketing efforts. Our company-wide marketing fund helps build the Leo&Lucky’s brand, and your customer base.
- Grand Opening – our opening support and training team will be on hand during your opening.
